We are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our workshop team. In this hands-on role, you’ll work across a broad range of farm equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities, with occasional site work on our farms. Every day is different, offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Welding, fabrication, and general repairs on farm equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities
• Supporting maintenance activities across the business
• Occasional site-based work as required on farms around the Sunshine Coast
• Working safely and effectively within a small team environment

Skills & Experience

To be successful, you will have:

• Proven experience across all aspects of welding and fabrication
• A current forklift ticket (essential)
• Experience supervising or leading a small team (highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent time-management and a strong work ethic
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport

Additional Requirements
